Quality in all we do

Quality is one of our company’s key values and determines our focus as a company striving to bring the highest quality in our products, solutions, and processes. This is why we adopted a stringent quality policy in our path to ISO 9001. We implemented a “Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE)” Policy at arabel, creating a measurable commitment to continuous improvements matching regulatory requirements and applicable international standards.

Sustainability

arabel works with natural resources like steel, aluminum, copper, etc. all high-quality materials that we daily work with. In our production process, we consume energy to manipulate these materials. We mainly use road transport to bring the produced goods to their destination.

It is our duty to use all available resources in a responsible way to limit the impact on our environment.

Energy

At arabel we only use energy coming from 100% renewable sources. In 2025 we plan to go one step further by adding a solar park over a surface of more than 2000m².
In addition, we plan to add battery packs in order to accumulate our own energy capacity.

Materials

All scrap metals can be fully recycled without any limits, which is why at arabel we recycle our scrap materials by collaborating with our ISO9001-ISO14000 certified recycling partner.

Transportation

Reducing CO2 emissions from road transportation is crucial for mitigating climate change and improving air quality. This is why our shipments are managed by transportation companies that guarantee full shipping loads avoiding partial shipments or partially charged trucks that emit more C02 emissions per ton transported and declare to be committed to make all necessary steps te reduce to a maximum their CO2 emissions.

Product Portfolio

The design principles and scientific concepts applied in our product portfolio of toroidal transformers supports the sustainable supply chain. The ratio of power output to material content is higher for toroidal transformers than for classic transformers.

Furthermore, as a result of their characteristically low ‘no load’ losses, the production of toroidal transformers allows arabel to put into the market products that reduce energy transportation losses over the grid.

Our Fleet

We contribute to reduction of CO2 emissions by gradually electrifying our car park.

Our Way of working

Sustainability lies at the heart of what we do, from the design of our products – to allow for easy recycling – to making products lighter, more robust or guarantee a longer lifespan, to how we manage awareness around waste reduction and waste avoidance within our company.

Employees are made aware of how they can contribute to sustainability at arabel, by sharing ideas on how we can reduce waste to understanding how we further reduce the dependency on natural resources.

Our company is subject to the VLAREM regulations which oblige companies to reduce their waste. We work closely together with recognized recyclers to guarantee that our waste gets a new life.
