• Product Development and Management: Develop a deep understanding of the current transformer and marina portfolio from technical and functional perspective. Design customer-specific products. Identify areas for improvement in terms of technology, functionality and cost. Drive innovation.
• Operational Excellence: provide technical support to production managers of transformer and marina department.
• Project Management: proven ability to manage development projects.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards for products/services, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other senior executives to drive strategic initiatives and foster collaboration across departments.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Min. 5 years of proven experience in relevant roles.
• Strong background in electrical engineering with a deep understanding of relevant technologies and processes and with a hands-on approach.
  Experience in SW development is useful.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and to implement practical, hands-on solutions.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends and proactively address operational challenges.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English. German is a plus.
