Where innovation meets craftsmanship - background shape

Metal punching is the manufacturing process used to create holes, shapes, or patterns in sheet metal or other metallic materials. It typically involves the use of a specialized machine called a punch press, which uses a punch and die set to deform the metal, shearing or cutting it to the desired shape.

Laser cutting

Laser cutting is a highly precise and versatile manufacturing process that utilizes a concentrated beam of light, typically a high-powered laser, to cut through various materials with extreme accuracy.

Placing inserts, welded or pressed

Placing inserts refers to the essential process of incorporating specialized cutting, milling, or threading tools, commonly known as inserts. These inserts, typically made of carbide or other durable materials, are precisely positioned within the machine’s tool holder or turret, enabling them to engage with the metal workpiece.

Metal bending

Metal bending refers to the process of manipulating metal workpieces into desired shapes or angles by applying force to deform them without causing fracture or significant material removal.

Welding is the fabrication process that involves joining two or more pieces of metal together by melting their edges and fusing them into a single, solid structure.

Metal sanding

Metal sanding is a material removal process used to smooth, shape, or refine the surface of metal objects by abrading them with abrasive materials, typically sandpaper or abrasive discs.

Powder coating including degreasing

Powder coating is a dry finishing process used to apply a protective and decorative layer of powdered pigment and resin onto various surfaces, typically metal.

Screen printing

Screen printing is a versatile and durable printing technique that involves using a fine mesh screen to transfer ink onto various metal surfaces, such as aluminum, stainless steel, or brass.
